Long before Slumdog Millionaire, this little Indian short film that was making waves on the international film circuit. With an Oscar nomination in 2005 plus top honours at the Montreal World Film Festival, the Manhattan Short Film Festival, the Flanders International Film Festival and the Tehran International Short Film Festival, this 15-minute offering directed by Asvin Kumar is about the ordeal of a young Pakistani boy who crosses into India to get his cricket ball back which flew across the boundary.
